Ivanka Trump to recruit women into STEM jobs

LAS VEGAS, NV — President Trump’s daughter wants to recruit women into STEM jobs and she’s kicking off her mission in Las Vegas.

She is scheduled to speak at the annual showcase for the latest in consumer electronics, CES 2020, that officially kicks off today in Las Vegas.White House adviser Ivanka Trump, is scheduled to join a keynote discussion this afternoon along with Consumer Technology Association CEO Gary Shapiro.

They'll discuss ways to teach workers new skills and develop STEM education programs. CES runs through Friday.

Last weekend she told CBS's Face the Nation that she found her work to to promote employment and affordable care "really energizing."

The 38-year-old added she's grateful to give back but refused to say if she'll ever consider a political run. She didn’t reveal if she’ll stay on as a White House adviser if her father wins a reelection.
