WASHINGTON, DC -- Over the past several days there has been extraordinary controversy surrounding Plandemic, a new documentary that suggests that the COVID-19 pandemic is part of a larger conspiracy to encourage worldwide vaccinations and population control.

Plandemic is just the latest in a series of other conspiracies across social platforms but honesty expert Peter Kozodoy says that these crop up in the absence of information or trust in leadership.

The TEDx speaker and author of Honest to Greatness: How Today’s Greatest Leaders Use Brutal Honesty to Achieve Massive Success spoke with 104.7 WONK FM's Jen Richer about the controversy saying that this issue is not whether or not the theory is true, it is more important to look at why it went viral.

“Conspirists are too zoomed in, addressing honesty at the wrong level. Instead, we need to zoom out to the level of getting honest about the community before we can hope to get honest about individual facts and figures.” Kozodoy said.
