Playtime is critical to children coping with pandemic.

WASHINGTON, DC --The coronavirus pandemic is putting significant pressure on all aspects of life, but a foundation for access to equitable playspaces says it's more critical than ever to ensure children are able to play safely.

Lysa Ratliff, Vice President for Partnerships at Kaboom, says that exercising healthy play gives children an outlet for stress, helps them solves problems, and promotes learning, but not all kids have access to the tools they need.
