(Los Angeles, CA) Tinder is doing a special giveaway to help make dating during the pandemic safer. The app is giving the first 500 couples who match on Tinder a free self-testing kit. Tinder has partnered with Everlywell, the maker of the federally approved COVID-19 test for the promotion. Matches have to act fast because Tinder is only giving away one-thousand free tests on March 20th at 7 p.m. Eastern. Health officials are encouraging all participants to quarantine a week before taking the test and remain isolated while waiting for your test results.
