(New York, NY) -- A coronavirus vaccine site dedicated to those who work on Broadway in New York is open today. The City just announced the site in Times Square at 7th and 47th will also be for those in the TV and film industry. Mayor de Blasio says he wants to make sure the industry comes back strong and vaccinations play a key role in that. Broadway workers have been laid off during the pandemic but this vaccine site will give up to 100 of them jobs. They will be doing administrative work, while nurses put vaccine shots in arms.
