Tom Koutsoumpas, President and CEO, Capital Caring Health

Tom Koutsoumpas serves as President and CEO for Capital Caring Health. He is a highly-respected expert in the healthcare arena, and has particular expertise in hospice, advanced illness care and long-term care.

In addition to his role at Capital Caring Health, Tom serves as founding member of Healthsperien, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting and legal services firm focused on strategic issues operating at the intersection of public policy, business strategy and government affairs. Tom also co-founded and currently co-chairs the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC), an organization dedicated to the ideal that all Americans with advanced illness, especially the sickest and most vulnerable, receive comprehensive, high-quality, person- and family-centered care that is consistent with their goals and values and honors their dignity. In addition, Tom serves as President and CEO of the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation.

A member of a national network of 70 nonprofit hospice providers, our mission is to provide patients and their families with advanced illness care that is second to none.
