Brian Larsen, Co-Founder, President & CEO, RestoraPet

Brian Larsen is a serial entrepreneur, executive, and product inventor with nearly 20 years’ experience in business. Larsen is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of RestoraPet, named by Inc. Magazine in 2021 as the #1 fastest growing pet company in the US and the 218th fastest growing privately held business in the country, with a three-year sales growth of over 2000%. Larsen began his career in the pharmacy industry, becoming a pharmacy director, before studying chemistry and biology, eventually obtaining three science degrees as well as an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

After the death of his beloved childhood dog, a Siberian Husky named Bandit, Brian spent nearly a decade researching antioxidants and natural remedies, eventually finalizing the formulation for RestoraPet’s first product, RestoraPet AM Formula, in 2013. The product, an all- natural, organic, plant-based formulation, was introduced to the market in early 2014 with effects that include increased energy and flexibility, reduced joint pain, improved immune function, and vital organ protection. Seven years and more than 100,000 customers later, the company has since launched five additional products with more than a dozen in development for introduction over the next year.

In addition, RestoraPet has worked to give back to the community, donating thousands of bottles of its products to shelters around the country. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when personal protective equipment was at a critical shortage, RestoraPet temporarily halted production of its own products to manufacture and donate more than 25,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to hospitals and nursing homes. Prior to founding RestoraPet, in 2012, Brian Co-Founded and served as CEO of The Apractis Clinic, a not-for-profit healthcare IT venture that developed a secure meeting platform to virtually connect uninsured patients in safety net clinics to specialists at no charge.
