LONDON, ENGLAND -- Queen Elizabeth II is thinking about having to make Prince Harry and Meghan Markle give their title back, which is a real problem because they're already working on using it everything from merchandise to introductions at speaking events.
Buckingham Palace is reviewing Prince Harry and his wife Meghan's use of the word "royal."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had submitted a UK trademark application for the term "Sussex Royal," to be used in a variety of contexts, from clothing to charitable fundraising.
But now the couple has stepped back from royal life and duties and their future use of the trademark is left unclear. The two already agreed to stop using the titles His and Her Royal Highness as part of their new arrangement.
