(Washington, DC) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is calling on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office following the Capitol siege. Speaking with reporters, the California Democrat said Trump committed an "unspeakable act" by inciting an armed insurrection against America. She said this violence will forever stain our nation's history because it was instigated by the President.
Pelosi said if Pence and Trump's cabinet do not act, she will start impeachment proceedings unless President Trump is removed from office immediately.
